The hotel was spotlessly clean with exceptional service. the staff were outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly, making check-in very quick. the room had a huge bed and a quiet atmosphere. Complimentary breakfasts included nice cheese and ham. the hotel is located in a very lively area, near cafes, the metro, train station, good bakeries, and the canal. it is just a 15-minute drive from a famous cathedral.

The staff made our stay pleasant - they are excellent people. Had new-fashioned, silent room with non-integrated air conditioning as well as a supposedly double bed. The service was excellent as we had expected.

The location here is great thanks to a nearby railway station, making it easy to get around. Plus, you can find Gravity Bar just 500 metres away, serving up awesome drinks.

Conveniently located about a 26-minute drive from Orly airport, the room was clean and well-equipped with an ironing set, work desk, and coffee/tea making facilities mentioned in the ads.

We had a fantastic time, we stayed here for 3 nights and everything was brand-new.

We chose Hotel Soft for our three-night stay in Paris, as we needed a hotel close to the train station. Room 505 had a lovely view of the church and yard, and it was surprisingly quiet throughout our entire stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the air conditioning in our room worked so quietly that I was able to sleep peacefully. The staff at the reception were very helpful and fluent in English. it was a great value for the money, and we would definitely come back.

I really liked the lounge area in the reception as well as the modern feel of the rooms. Personnel was really helpful. Opportunity to have breakfast at the hotel was great (although it was not included in the price of the room), and the assortment at breakfast was good. Small hotel with good atmosphere and modern look.

The room was quite small, but enough for two persons and their luggage. However, not the smallest I've seen.
